Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o online e inclusiva da Qualidade de Vida e recolha de dados sobre a Qualidade de Vida de jovens autistas em diferentes pa\u00edses.<br \/>2. Tornar os servi\u00e7os e os setores p\u00fablico e privado mais acess\u00edveis \u00e0s pessoas autistas nos diferentes pa\u00edses do projeto<br \/>3. Encontrar pontos de conex\u00e3o explorando diferentes plataformas por jovens autistas e pares neurot\u00edpicos<\/p><p>O projeto tem um grupo de jovens autistas dos 5 pa\u00edses parceiros que trabalham com a equipa de gest\u00e3o ao longo de todo o projeto.<\/p><\/div>\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4e3cdc elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4e3cdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t        <div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Points of Connection: Autismo na Comunidade \u00e9 um projeto financiado pelo programa Erasmus+.
