Wype\u0142niaj\u0105c t\u0119 misj\u0119, CRPD dzia\u0142a w celu wyeliminowania wszelkich form bezpo\u015bredniej lub po\u015bredniej dyskryminacji spo\u0142ecznej os\u00f3b z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bciami i ich rodzin, zapewniaj\u0105c im jednocze\u015bnie niezb\u0119dn\u0105 pomoc i wsparcie. Komisja Praw Os\u00f3b Niepe\u0142nosprawnych (CRPD) zatrudnia 42 pracownik\u00f3w.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ponadto Komisja pracowa\u0142a nad stworzeniem pierwszej strategii CRPD. Nada\u0142o to kierunek i struktur\u0119 pracy Komisji, u\u0142atwiaj\u0105c nast\u0119pnie podnoszenie \u015bwiadomo\u015bci na jej temat. Do opracowania strategii CRPD powo\u0142ano grup\u0119 zadaniow\u0105 z\u0142o\u017con\u0105 z naukowc\u00f3w, specjalist\u00f3w i os\u00f3b z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bciami.<\/p><p>Aby upewni\u0107 si\u0119, \u017ce \u015brodowisko os\u00f3b z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bciami jest dobrze reprezentowane w wizji CRPD, do spotka\u0144 zaproszono DPO,  organizacje pozarz\u0105dowe, a tak\u017ce kluczowych interesariuszy. Strategia b\u0119dzie oparta na wynikach tych spotka\u0144, dalszych badaniach podj\u0119tych przez Komisj\u0119 we wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z zewn\u0119trznymi podmiotami oraz dzia\u0142aniach pracownik\u00f3w. Jest ona obecnie dost\u0119pna do wdro\u017cenia pod nazw\u0105 \u201eFreedom to live\u201d - Malta 2021-2030 National Strategy on the Rights of Disabled Persons.
