Stworzenie narz\u0119dzia internetowego pomiaru jako\u015bci \u017cycia i zebranie danych na temat jako\u015bci \u017cycia m\u0142odych os\u00f3b w spektrum autyzmu w r\u00f3\u017cnych krajach.<br \/>2. Wsparcie w zwi\u0119kszaniu dost\u0119pno\u015bci us\u0142ug i sektor\u00f3w publicznych\/prywatnych dla os\u00f3b w spektrum autyzmu w r\u00f3\u017cnych krajach obj\u0119tych projektem.<br \/>3. Znalezienie punkt\u00f3w \u0142\u0105cz\u0105cych r\u00f3\u017cne platformy przez m\u0142odych autyst\u00f3w oraz ich neurotypowych r\u00f3wie\u015bnik\u00f3w.<\/p><p>W projekcie uczestniczy grupa m\u0142odych ludzi w spektrum autyzmu z 5 kraj\u00f3w partnerskich, kt\u00f3rzy wsp\u00f3\u0142pracuj\u0105 z zespo\u0142em projektowym przez ca\u0142y czas trwania projektu.<\/p><\/div>\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4e3cdc elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4e3cdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t        <div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Points of Connection: Autism in the Community to projekt finansowany ze \u015brodk\u00f3w Unii Europejskiej w ramach programu Erasmus+.
