Creaci\u00f3 d'una mesura inclusiva de qualitat de vida en l\u00ednia i recopilaci\u00f3 de dades sobre la qualitat de vida de les persones joves autistes de diferents pa\u00efsos.<br \/>2. Suport per fer m\u00e9s accessibles els serveis i els sectors p\u00fablico-privats per a persones amb autisme en els diferents pa\u00efsos del projecte.<br \/>3. Trobar punts de connexi\u00f3 I explorar diferents plataformes per a persones joves autistes i neurot\u00edpiques.<\/p><p>El projecte compta amb un grup de joves autistes de 5 pa\u00efsos partners que treballen amb l'equip t\u00e8cnic al llarg de tot el projecte.<\/p><\/div>\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4e3cdc elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4e3cdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t        <div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>Points of Connection: L'autisme a la Comunitat \u00e9s un projecte finan\u00e7at per Erasmus+.
